My dh is using Mfp and doing ok but finds it hard to find something to snack on mid morning and mud afternoon other than fruit.
He gets too hungry to last through but is diabetic do eating 4 pieces of fruit (usually apples or bananas) is not great from the sugar pov but nuts/ seeds he doesn't find v filling and seem to be pretty high calorie too.
I am going to make a pot of veg soup so he can take some in each day but other recommendations would be appreciated too
