Hi Everyone,
I am a weightwatchers convert after losing over a stone in just over 6 weeks and finally understanding what is good and bad in foods.
So I was wondering, is there a list on here already or if not can we start one of the pro points in some things? I know I can work them out but I only do that when I've bought something, looking to buy something, whereas a list would help me come up with more meal plans etc.
