List of the Weight Watchers pro points in different foods.

Hi Everyone,
I am a weightwatchers convert after losing over a stone in just over 6 weeks and finally understanding what is good and bad in foods.
So I was wondering, is there a list on here already or if not can we start one of the pro points in some things? I know I can work them out but I only do that when I've bought something, looking to buy something, whereas a list would help me come up with more meal plans etc.

I found a list on here from a while ago but It hasn't been updated recently. Here are some of mine. Skimmed milk hot chocolate 3points, 100g prawns 1point. Lighter than light mayonaise our leader says don't even count it! Quarter pint skimmed milk 1point. Curly wurly 3 points. Skips 2points. Wafer thin ham 3slices 2points. Oh and a glass of baileys 10points- so sad! :-)
Do you have the calculator penguins? I use that but you start to remember it after a while! X
