Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, fried potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, and toast.
Lunch: Roast chicken, roast potatoes, peas, carrots, broccoli, parsnips, gravy and cranberry sauce.
Dinner: Stir fry vegetables, noodles and chicken, Sugar free jelly with peaches and cream.
Snacks: Banana, melon, mullerlite.
That is what I have eaten today.
The plan consists of eating free foods, which are lean meat, potatoes cooked without fat or with frylite, pasta or rice. A third of your plate must be superfree foods which are vegetables and fruit. You can eat any amount of these foods.
The food you must control are called syns and these are the only foods you measure they include sweets, biscuits, sauces and gravies and many others.
There are many recipies, so you should be able to eat whatever you like within the rules.
I have lost four stone on the diet and I am eating considerably more than I have ever eaten before.
