Title says it all ! Have done the 30 day shred, really enjoyed it Hmm, can see the results etc - question is - what do I do next ?

Do people just carry on shredding ? or move onto another JM DVD set ?

Don't want to lose momentum !

Hi TheEndless
You could go back through the Shred, upping the weights.
But I'd recommend getting something else of Jillian's (and there are many to choose from!)
Why not get Ripped in 30 - same 30-day idea as the Shred but with 4 levels, still around 20 mins.
Burn Fat Boost Metabolism is also really good but mainly cardio, and longer.
There are more... Grin

bloody hell - is there life post-shred...?? Confused Grin

Keep on doing it - I am doing level 3 with 4kg weights AND full press ups. Otherwise Ripped in 30 is logical progression but would keep on going at shred for as long as possible as Ripped in 30 is a killer (coming from someone who thought Shred wasn't that bad!)

I was wondering the same thing (only on day 11 of the shred but was wondering about order times and not wanting to lose momentum.) what is 6 week 6 pack like? My tummy could win awards for flab after HUGE ds and several years of too many beers

I would love to imagine I'd ever live to see Level 2 of Shred. You ladies are inspiring. Grin

Ooh good tips about persevering with Shred until you can do all the different moves - it's definitely the plank/press up bits that I struggle with most - perhaps I'll do a couple of days of L1 again to encourage me as to how I've improved since I first did it, thanks all

I'm half way through 30DS and frankly, I can't see a life at the end of it Shock

I think I'll just redo the levels until I get it doe without pausing or doing girl pushups!
