I can't diet. What is wrong with me? I get married in 7 months! Feel awful. Need to lose 4 stone.

Juicy Must diets ARE rubbish there's nothing wrong with you Smile join us on the Paul mckenna thread 'cos it's NOT a diet it re educates yr attitude to food. See you there? BTW I've lost 3 stone on it and loads of us have lost weight on it. Smile
