I know I should diet. I don't know my weight but have put on weight - I can tell by my clothes. The thing is I'm not sure what diet.
I have a few hang ups with diets:
When I was younger I was allergic to lots of things and so had a very strict diet which I did stick to (well my mum stuck to for me ) so I now have this thing in my head saying why would I stop myself from eating this lovely food that I can now eat. I know it's daft but there goes.
Also I am on the Pill and know that I put weight on with that. When I came off it twice to get pregnant the weight fell off without me trying and so I feel like I would be trying to loose weight in vein.
I also can't be bothered making different meals for me and the rest of the family. I do think we eat healthy meals.
So what do I do MNs? HELP
