Anyone else struggling?
I was doing quite well in the couple of months up to Christmas, had lost 12lbs and was well on my way to my goal of 10.5st. I was shredding fairly regularly and fitting in a few runs too.
I was ill for a couple of week before Christmas, then of course there was Christmas, then we had a couple of days at my parents over new years and now I just can't get back into it at all.
I have put on half a stone

I have tried to start getting back into it a couple of times over the last 10 days or so and just keep failing.
I am now determined. I had a healthy breakfast, have some healthy snacks in the cupboards and lunch and dinner are planned. I have even ordered a box of organic fruit and veg and some cuts of meat from a farm to be delivered tomorrow so will have fridge and cupboards full of lovely fresh food.
I know I can do it, because I was doing it, but why can't seem to actually get started.
Someone please come and give me a big kick up the bum!
