HELP SOMEONE PLEASE, I don't take milk in any other way other than in my cereal in the morning's , I am on a low fat diet and have lost 1st 10lbs since December but I am really missing my cereal every morning. I hate semi skimmed milk ( can't stand it in fact ) their is so many different kinds of milk on the shelves now I don't know which one to try.
Has anyone any recommendations what I should try .
