This week I have been so good. I've had no alcohol, no wheat or bread based products, no crisps, biscuits, high fat food. So basically low fat nat yoghurt, fish,meat,veg and limited fruit just berries, drank gallons of water, exercised and lost a measly 1/2 lb not even a full 1lb.
I'm beginning to think ww is the only way but feel sick at the thoughts of pointing.
I also need a healthy diet as I have fibromyalgia and hubby says I shouldn't think about the weightloss and just carry on with wheat free diet as been known to help with pain. Surely I can lose weight as well though.
Also another thing I don't understand is why my friend lost weight on low fart diet when she had gall bladder issues when they now say low fat isn't the best option? She lost a lot as well.
