headphones (or what?) to listen to fitness DVDs REALLY LOUD at home?

So, I've done the research and ordered 30 Day Shred and Ministry of Sound Pump it Up DVDs, am excitedly awaiting their arrival from amazon.

Thing is, I don't want to disturb my neighbours/ DP/DS by banging out the choons at a volume that would really motivate me.

Does anybody use headphones to do home workouts? How does it work? I guess they'd have to be 'remote' or something?

Ideas?

Could you put the tunes you want to listen to on your ipod/phone, and get one of those arm holder thingys? I got one from tescos for £3.50 yesterday. The music on the DVDs drives you mad after the second watch anyway!
