Hi,

Im apologising now because this is bound to have been discussed, but I CBA dont have time to try to find one.

Anyway, Im looking for ideas for snacks. I often get hungry about half 10 and again at 4 (obviously having breakfast, lunch and tea at other times) so looking for healthy snack ideas.

I know if I was to get things in like carrot sticks or cucumber sticks or similar they wont get eaten. I like savory things like biscuits or crisps so thinking of something similar.

Someone has suggested cooked chicken to me which is worth a try, but I dont want to get bored. What other things are there?

Thanks

protein good - cold cuts, smoked salmon, oatcake and quark or cottage cheese. 25g of hard cheese or nuts, tuna, marinated tofu chunks, dried soya beans.

I like snacking on pistachio nuts, they remind me of crisps somehow. Not too many as they are high in fat but they're protein rich. One portion is 20 pistachios.
