Hi, I need to lose about 6 stone, I know I can do it as have done it before but I need someone to make me go to the gym/do exercise! I cannot do it by just eating more healthily.
I'm old 43 and a nanny. I'm away this coming weekend (5th-9th) but want to start losing weight and exercising when I get back.
I do not finish work until 7pm, which is a bit of a bugger but I am happy to go after work if anyone is interested, also weekend mornings.
I think I would like to start with swimming but happy to do gym or classes.
Anyone interested?
