Has anyone lost significant amounts doing the Paul McKenna non-diet?

Sorry, I know there's a long standing support thread, but I'm crap at joining those!
I need/want to lose 6-7 stone. Is this do-able on the PMcK non-diet?
Any helpful tips?
TIA

Yes, faverolles. I lost 2.5 stone this year. I will be making a concerted effort again starting next week. It really is the only "diet" that has worked long-term for me. Very easy to do. Free and I did not feel as if I was dieting at all. Have you got the book? You can pick one up cheap on amazon or ebay. It explains it all and really makes sense and works!!

I was on the other thread, but sort of felt a little bit of an outsider on there, so have been plodding along alone. Not done very well for the past few months, so need to kick myself up the bum and get back to it. I know it works, its easy and its the only one I would go back to.

I've got the book but never got round to starting the diet or even read the book. Think I will have to start.

I've got the book, and I did do it and found it easy for 2 weeks Blush until I caught a cold and couldn't stop eating, and then decided to get back on it after Christmas.
I was toting with the Dylan diet, as my sister has lost loads doing this, but I'm breastfeeding and didn't want to cause problems with that.

Toting = toying

The joy, is, Faverolles that you can "fall off the wagon" then hop straight back on without feeling guilty and then eating everything that stands still!

I am reading the book tonight! Im just not sure how the eating what you want bit will work. because i will always want to eat pasta and cheese! giving it a good shot though, my weight is no joke
