Read about this diet in Good Housekeeping and now in week 2. Basically you have two days a week where you consume 3 pints of semi skinned milk, 1 fruit portion, 4 veggie portions and nothing else. The rest of the week you can eat 'normally' ;) up to 1800 cals. It was devised by a doc interested in breast cancer prevention and has really good weight loss results in trials.
