Do you judge people at your slimming group?

I have never been to a slimming group before and I know I don't have huge amounts to
Lose and I guess Im worried people will look at me and think "what the hell is she doing here".
I'm not happy with my body at all since having my dds, and also know I have no will power to do this alone.

Haha I thought this before I joined WeightWatchers and honestly it's not like that at all - there are tons of different people there. Men, women, young, old - some want to lose a stone, some need to lose 15 stone. Everyone likes food and wants to lose weight, though, so you'll all have something in common! You'll be fine.

...meant to say, I bet you £10 you won't be the smallest there. And don't forget, if you do WeightWatchers the gold members (who are at, or have reached and remained close to, their goal weight) also attend, so not everyone is there to lose - some are there to maintain.

I'm still a member and go about once a month and I'm at target (well was before Xmas!!)Grin I'm a small 10 and not the smallest

lisad No I don't judge the people at my WW group for being fat.
Ashamed to say I do judge them for some of their attitudes though! One young man comes with his Mum (he is about 18/19)
He is just so lazy He won't exercise, not even walking. Some of the older ladies at the group struggle to walk/swim etc with all their health problems dodgy knees etc. He seems to have no sense of shame. I want to kick him up the a*
I know I'm being judgmental but I can't help how I feel. Daren't say anything in case his Mum gets all protective and turns on me. Feel better now I've shared that with you Xmas Smile
