As a 60 yr old with no health problems; really;!! none at all I sailed through the menopause with herbal hormonal help not HRT (there are many of my friends; people older and younger than me who are ill all the time).

I can recommend the Blood type diet for health plus the Paul Mckenna for weight loss and the right attitude to eating.

Eat a normal balanced healthy diet. Fresh fruit and vegetables, good quality protein, some carbs and some 'good' fats. Eat as 'clean' as possible. Eat as little processed food as possible.
There is no need to buy any books or follow any faddy diets. There is also no need to stop eating any specific foods that come into the above categories, unless you have noticed that they don't agree with you.
I am peri menopausal, have been following the above 'healthy eating plan', have lost loads of weight and significantly improved my health and fitness. No problems with the 'change' either.
