So how much weight have we all put, on over the festive season?

I don't want to know so I haven't weighed myself, but definitely feeling podgy!

So is it just us 2 then?

Not an official member of your club, but I thought it might cheer you up to know that I have put on a stone in the last two months

Might cheer you up even more to know that my diet of choice is the cabbage soup diet. Yes really, I know it's out of fashion, but it's so easy in the 'not having to work out what you can eat' sense. I've been on it since yesterday and lost 3lbs already!!! Only another 11lbs to go (but sadly not at the same rate!)

Am absolutely bloody starving of course, but no pain no gain (hey, that's not right......)

I never weigh myself so I don't know but ...
In Novemeber I was in hospital with pnuemonia and the silver lining was substantial. When I got home I found I could get into almost all my old jeans and trousers from way back. I felt great.
It has all been reversed, however, by the festive season and once more I find flesh spilling over the tops of my once-trendy Punkyfish hipsters.
