According to the reviews it seems to genuinely help some people - and do naught for others.

Which I guess is what you'd expect from a product like this.

Guess there's only one way to find out which camp you'll fall into :)

If you buy it direct from their website then you get a lot of support with it which I'm not sure you will if you get it through Amazon.

I've been listening to it for 25 days now and lost 10lbs, I have also been watching what I eat and doing more exercise too but I have found that the 'dieting' as such is not a struggle at all as it has been when I've dieted in the past. I have some quite bad food issues and I've not struggled with these at all. One of my main problems was if I was on a diet and I 'cheated' then I would get very down about it and it would inevitably turn into a binge. Over the last 6 or 7 yrs binging has became a big problem in my life. Well I have not had a binge or been even tempted to in 25 days, and for me that is amazing. I have managed to allow myself 'treats' and not let them become a big deal ifykwim.

It may not be a miracle cure for everyone, but for me it seems to have just made something click. I would say give it a go.
