Realistic target for weight loss in a week?

Have been a bit of a pig the last few weeks and seem to have developed a bit of a tum!
I have to get into a party dress saturday.

How much can i loose in a week with sensible eating and exercise? Im not in work so it should be fairly easy to be good

Two pounds per week is sustainable.
More in the first week with dedication (and starvation, but it'll go back with starvation).

I dont need a steady weight loss though, i just need to get rid of the tum ive gained in the past few weeks.
I would like to drop 4 or 5lbs if possible Smile

The Dukan diet is probably the best way to get the results you want quickly.

Lost 7lbs in a week on the Dukan.Felt crap with bad breath all week but shed the weight I had put on at all inclusive holiday.My mate has carried on with the next stage and has now lost 1 stone in a month.Sadly mince pies are in my kitchen Xmas Smile
