Hi, I've been doing weightwatchers for a few weeks and normally eat under my points and don't touch my weekly because I'm full. This week I've been out for two meals so on those days I've dipped into my weekly but on the others I've eaten under daily amount and have only had about ten of my weekly allowance (i know I'm rambling but this is going somewhere) so my point is will I still lose anything because i'be eaten more than I have been doing but less than my points. So aslong as I eat less than my points I'll lose weight? I'm pannicking can you tell? [smiley] oh and as usual I've also exercised lots which would give extra points too.
