Our local running club hasn't been on over the holidays, and has been very poorly attended before them, so today I cracked and got out the Tae Bo again.
Haven't done it for years and years, but managed to do the second-easiest one I've got. Active, I think it's called. 30 minutes, no floorwork. Fair amount of kicking.
I might get back into it. I never got good enough to do my Abs + Glutes one properly, or to do the very hard advanced workout I've got.
Is anyone out there also into Tae Bo?
