A month ago I weighed 10stone 2lbs. Today I weigh 10st 9lbs.

Doesn't sound like a lot but to me, it may as well be 4 stone.

I can only assume the increase in rice/noodles etc in my diet is to blame??

I've got really into oriental cooking and have been eating egg noodles with veg/chicken/fish etc - or egg fried rice again with chicken/fish/veg, cous cous, buckwheat etc - is this what's making me fat??

I am willing to ditch them if they are the culprit.

Could be the fried rice - how about boiled rice instead?

I'm sure if you cut back on your noodles and rice you will have the weight of in no time. I wished I had done rather than let it creep on and on and on.

Are you measuring your amounts? Very easy to eat too much rice and noodles. Look at how much it says on the packet - and then subtract 20%. Thats probably what you need. It will look small, but you can bulk out with other stuff.

And NO to egg fried rice. Boiled brown rice in small amounts.

Too much carbs, stick to the meat / tofu and veggies.
