I am really struggling at the moment, after trying every diet going, Dukan, Blood, Slimming world, My fitness, Atkins
. The only one that has ever really worked for me was the old ww, I got to gold quite easily and found it sustainable (only put on weight because of the babies).
I have all the old stuff, the old clicker, weighing scales and pedometer oh and calculator and well. I'm really wondering is it worth it changing everthing to the new version, after all my body doesn't know the difference

I have tried the new one, bought a calc from ebay and also down loaded a point's tracker for phone, but it just seems such a faff that I'm not sure I would stick to it. I know though probably all of them years ago that I would have thought the same about the old style.
Is it really worth changing to the new points system?
Please come and convince me.
