Anyone tried this?

I'm looking for a healthy diet but with guidelines and preferably an app for my iphone Grin seriously though, I like the ones you can scan your food, and it says yey or ney.

I have just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia today, and even though I know diet doesn't affect it too much. I know it's got to help to be the healthiest weight you can be.

So I googled looking for a diet Drs like and fibro diets, it seems the conscensus was low Gi, but all the apps are very US based, anyway I found this one and thought all the food is in the traffic light system anway, maybe this would be the simplest way and if so why does nobody do this as it is recommended by the governments health committee.

i havent but im not sure i believe in diets other than a healthy varied diet of small portions and a healthy snack with regular exercise. alot of people eat less meals which slows down the metabloism. spicy food also helps increase the metabolism by speeding up the heart rate. when exercising you also need to vary the routine every 3 weeks to keep challenging the body

I've not heard of it before but it looks quite sensible to me.
