How many of you have them mouldering in the corner?

I do Blush Blush

Ours moulders under the sideboard, though we do use it as scales.

I did use it every day for around 3 months when I started my weightloss journey, but got to the point where the exercises weren't really strenuous enough for me anymore so joined a gym. I think it's probably worth paying for if you use it as a route into exercise/fitness.

Wiifitmama · 29/11/2011 11:20

Same here.....I used it daily at the beginning of my weight loss when I was so obese that I would not do a gym or anything else. But I haven't used it in a long time and now run or use gym classes.

It is good for getting into exercise in the first place though.

I used mine to weigh myself as have no scales . Quite enjoyed watching the wii me or whatever it's called shrinking as I lost weight.

fatlazymummy · 30/11/2011 10:17

I still use mine now and again. At first I did it nearly every day, and it did help me start off my 'weightloss journey' as they say on reality TV. Funny enough I did my whole routine at the weekend, for the 1st time in 3 weeks, and I did feel it afterwards. I'm a believer in varying exercise, so I think it's useful to do it now and again, also if I can't get out and go swimming at least I feel I have done something.
Like others have said, I also use it as scales. I like knowing my exact BMI, and charting my progress on a graph. Plus being told my body is younger than I am is always a nice little boost.

fatlazymummy · 30/11/2011 10:19

fluffy123 I didn't know the 'mii' shrunk! I will have to look out for that next time I weigh myself.

Ponyclubmum · 30/11/2011 10:20

I've had mine 2 years and still use it regularly, even if just to weigh myself and chart my progress.
I lost 4 stone in the first year and now I use it to monitor my weight so I don't put it all back on.

fluffy123 · 30/11/2011 12:37

Congrats on your weight loss Ponyclubmum.

Ponyclubmum · 30/11/2011 15:25

Thanks! Congrats on yours too fluffy! The 'Mii' slimming down is really fun to watch. :-)
