Anyone tried Marilyn Glenville's approach to tummy fat?

I would like to hear from anyone who has tried this approach to getting rid of fat around the middle. I had a quick browse in Waterstones and the stress descriptions fit me to a t. I cant manage to diet but this might work.

I haven't heard of Marilyn Glenville but if you look at the last page of the paul mckenna thread you'll see a brilliant exercise (written down) that i am using and it does all you need!!

Have no idea what MGs approach is but cutting down on carbs particularly wheat and sugar should result in a flat stomach...
