A Curly Wurly is only 6 Syns!!!

I just had one in front of the telly, and enjoyed every bit of it's sweet chewy curliness Grin

Yum to Curly Wurly and IMHO well worth noting that Mini milk lollies are only 1.5 syns each Grin

Do you get given a list of syns and free foods at your first meeting? I'm thinking about joining but never done anything like it. I need it to be straight forward as I have 3mo twins and a toddler.

Huffpot · 26/11/2011 16:56

Little mars bars are only 4.5 syns too - must get a curly wurly now! Mmmm

timidviper · 26/11/2011 16:59

Website has it all on. Much easier than when you had to rely on lists that changed all the time

debka · 26/11/2011 19:49

Yy website has it all, plus you get a booklet with all the free foods and most common synned foods too. I found it took a day or so to get my head around it and a good week to work out what suited me and my lifestyle, but now I'm into it it's easy and suits me well.

Sorry to take over thread - how much do you generally lose a week?

debka · 27/11/2011 06:26

It depends on the person really! I've got a lot to lose and tend to manage 3-4lb a week if I've been good. I've lost just over 1.5st so far in 8 weeks. People with less to lose seem to do about 1-2lb a week.

Huffpot · 27/11/2011 09:11

I agree with Debka. It really depends on the person and how much weight they're carrying. I've lost nearly a stone in 4 weeks but also have quite a bit to lose

Do not put these in the fridge, I chipped half a tooth from biting into one after it came out of the fridge.
