And am annoyed with myself for getting the new pack of stuff and fiddling with the stupid wheel thing when SIL who has been on it for a while says that essentially everything is just twice the points it was before. So There!

Short rant over!

Interesting they have dropped the minimum.

I considered pointing in the run up to xmas to loose a lb or two but remembered when they switched to pro-points I lost v little, if any weight on 29 pp a day. I'm just calorie counting now.

Well, it seems to be working! Dropped 5lb this week!Smile

FANTASTIC Chipmonkey bet you're glad you stuck with it now! Smile

I am, but relieved it's Friday and I get more weekly points. I was getting very hungry!

If you divide the calories in something by 40 it gives you roughly the right amount of pp. It's not 100% but can be handy for some things that don't have all the info on the packets.

Thanks, Whiter that's useful to know.

Lost another 1.5 pounds this week. Did mention I was hungry though and was told to go back up 1 point Angry i am not fiddling about with points any more, the diet is finally working again and has cost me a fortune in lost months while on 29 points.

MissWooWoo · 07/12/2011 14:51

weigh in this morning showed a loss of 5lbs - although that is spread over 2 weeks as I couldn't make last week's meeting. This now brings me back to the weight I'd slimmed down to in September and consequently got complacent Sad. But let's not dwell on that.

Congrats Bibbit it all adds up. I too find that I'm having times when I'm hungry. I think when you're losing weight it's a reasonable state to be in some of the time. Really we're functioning on approx half the calories we need in order to lose the fat.

Bibbit · 08/12/2011 09:00

Well done MissWW! I agree you should expect to feel hungry some times! I am sure that is what normal weight people and slim people feel. They have the food thing sorted! I overeat!

MissWooWoo · 08/12/2011 14:33

yes they are all bastards!

I am RAVENOUS today having consumed a bottle of wine last night. Just eaten a ham bagel (10 points) and really could easily eat another but shant.

repeats mantra I want to be slim more than I want a bagel

One of these Brew will help
