Body for Life for Women - Has anyone done this?

I'm on day 5 of the 12 week Body for Life for Women Challenge (12 week exercise/eating programme by Dr Pamela Peeke- bought the book from amazon) and I really think that this is the one! The eating 5 or 6 times a day has stopped me picking all the time & I'm loving doing the regular exercise. Her 80/20 rule (i.e it's fine to slack off 20% of the time if you need to as long as you follow the plan 80% of the time)along with the "aim for progress not perfection" mantra actually means that I don't feel restricted or that I'm on a "diet".

It definitely takes commitment and careful scheduling (esp. around a job & 2 kids) but I'm hoping that I can stick to it and lose around 1 1/2 stone during the 12 week challenge.

I realise that this is still early days and wondered if anyone else has done the challenge and loved it/hated it?
