anyone tried this? eating 5 meals a day and working out just for 25 mins 5 days a week. ive been working out, teying to eat healthier, i walk every where really and ive gained weight! my bro says muscle weighs more than fat so could have gained muscle. i just want to lose some weight, get trim and be healthy!

25 mins isn't enough high intensity exercise if youre eating 5 meals, I take it they aren't full on meals, more snack type to keep your metabolism awake.
What are you actually eating and what exercise are you doing?

ok well i eat either porridge with skimmed milk or egg whites on 2 low calorie pieces of toast usually multigrain with non dairey butter spread for breakfast. lunch is either fish sushi, some toast again or if i really want some fish with sweet potatoes. for dinner will be variety of things either spag bol (made with turkey mince) chicken stew, fish and potatoe, fish and pasta or chicken and pasta. and throughout the day i usually have about 4 cups of coffee made with a bit of skimmed milk and sweetener and if i do have a snack ill just have low cal biscuits (like 5) or pack of 'baked not fried' crisps. so i know im not eating loads of fattening greasey crap, i know my calories dont exceed more than 1500 - 2000 a day. i literally walk everyday for atleast 1 1/2 - 2 hrs (because i dont drive, i do school run and i have big dogs to walk) exercise wise i do jumping jacks, squats, pushups n side plank, triceps, tummy crunches front and side. and abother one where i go into pushup position and jump my legs forward. i repeat 3 times over and am wet with sweat when i finish. if youre quite fit and trim and know what your doing, please tell me where im going wrong! im an hour glass shape and do have a serious beyonce/jlo bum! lol which i like. but i know i can have a bum while still being slim just dont know how :( oh and im a good size 12 and have had 3 cesereans so got a bit of a tummy pouch thing going on :s
