Day 4 of new years diet in a bid to lose 3 stone. I go for a 30 minute brisk walk each day and spend 15 mins on my cross trainer too. Im trying to eat little and often as opposed to little and not very often. I am now feeling hungry after about 1-2 hours.
For example today:
bowl of cornflakes with soya milk
3 slices of salmon with an avocado
a banana
liver with sauteed onion and garlic
grapes
also a cup of green tea and several glasses of water and about 3 cups of hot lemon.
Following the small but often rule, is it ok to have something to nibble on now?
