I had DD 8 months ago... I can now fit into my old clothes but I'd like to tone up certain areas (usual suspects - thighs, bum and tum)I am going to join my gym at work soon, but what kind of stuff would do this? do those crosstrainer things work? not really into weights or anything... or maybe running??? (lol at even trying to picture that!!!!)
pls advise, really not a clue about the whole exercise thing.. pls help
