I've decided today is the day.
I've recently bumped in to an old flame and he wants to meet up again, trouble is I'm now 3 stone heavier than when I last saw him and I'm good at hiding it!
In the past 12 months only, i've gone from a size 10-12 to a size 16. i cant blame just having had a baby cos shes about to turn 3 and i lost all that weight easily, but now i really need to work hard to shift it.
The amount I eat in the evenings is disgusting. I start at about 5pm when i have tea with the tea and countinue to eat til about 10pm.
I'm gonna try to motivate myself and lose some before christmas. I know i've chosen the wrong time of year, cos i love mince pies, xmas cake, stolen, pate etc etc etc!! I'm not going to stop eating the things i enjoy I'm just going to eat the right portions etc. i.e a slice of cake, not whole one like before and try not to eat after 6pm.
I've got a Wii and i've just bought the zumba game so gonna exercise with that.

Good luck!

I was an evening scoffer too but I just went cold turkey and stopped eating anything after dinner except a herbal drink to sip whils watching tv.
The ones with vanilla are quite good.

If you exercise in the evening that will help curb the munchies.
Just refuse to give in and it becomes easier after a few days.

i found exercising in eve just made me really hungry afterwards! But i'm determined to go cold turkey and try and overcome it.

Good luck, maybe try and cut carbs? This has really helped me lose 2 stone which I have carried around for 8 years since my daughter was born!

I used to be an evening scoffer as well. This is how I stopped.
Ate more during the day.
Split my evening meal into two . Had half at normal time and half a bit later.
Went to bed really early to stop myself eating.
Good luck.
