I'm not sure why but at this stage in life, nothing is working diet wise. I feel I rules but also a whole new approach to food. Something I can change but not just for short term but for life.

So If this was a poll, which is an effective weightloss/change loss/change of life diet?

Dukan or low carb
GI or GL (quite interested in this one)
very low fat diet
low calorie
Gluten Free
Blood type diet
Food combining.

I'm sorry for me, I have done ww, got to gold, but obviously not for me, otherwise I wouldn't be wanting to lose weight again.Grin

Grin Grin @ teething, unless I'm having sympathy pains for my daughter, she is teething at the moment. No defo not teeth, had them checked. I can't eat oranges as I get cold sores so stopped eating them years ago, too much acid.
Where can I get a really good comprehensive list from ppea?
No the Muesli, was swiss style with raisins in it but will start from now.
I will pop and have a looksie thanks ppea
