Heya,
I went on holiday last week for a family birthday (first day ok, but broke half way through day 2
). My plan to get back on the diet the moment we got home also failed, but today, with a healthy shop in the fridge and a new positive attitude [optimistic] I am finally back on track.
I stepped on the scales this morning 11st 11lb. I have put on 6lbs in 10 days!!!! I never knew that was possible!!!!
So, its a new start today. I'm going swimming later, logging back on my fitness pal, and, most importantly, hiding whats left of the chocolate DH bought for halloween (Seriously - how many trick or treaters did he think would turn up?)
I am going to weigh in on Mondays. I am also going to lose a stone by Christmas.
Anyone with me?
