I'm nearing the light at the end of the tunnel wrt to weight loss and have about a stone to go. I've lost a total of 4 stone over the last 3 years through a mainly low carb plan but due to a major stall have been following a vlcd to get to my goal. I am really happy with eating low carb/low GL but do like to eat sweet things too and don't miss pasta/potatoes/bread. However, ideally I would like to be able to have something sweet every day but is this ever possible whilst maintaining a weight loss? Basically can I have my cake and eat it too
