I have a couple of questins about Phase 1 which aren't clear from the boook. First, she says butter is allowed. does that mean I can put butter on veg? Can I have as much butter as I like? Second, she mentions at one point possibly putting some seeds into yoghurt but she doesnt mention seeds anywhere else. Are seeds allowed in Phase 1? Third, is salami/ cured meat allowed such as Palma ham?
If anyone has done the Harcombe Diet before I would be really interested to know how it went. Phase 1 doesn't sound too bad to me because of being able to put olive oil on salad and cook things in butter.
