How can weight watchers work - if I don't weigh myself ???

I am sick to death being a slave to the scales ... so what do I do ???

WW was the only diet that's ever helped me lose weight - twice! Which I know sounds backwards, but teh first time was after way too much new-student pints of lager drinking when I just ballooned out of control and the second time was after I'd had DS. Both times I lost just less than two stones. Was SO chuffed with myself this last time that I'm actually enjoying eating LOADS with my current pregnancy, safe in the knowledge that I can just scuttle back to WW when all the old BF'ing malarky is out the way.

Have you already joined, or just contemplating?

Join us on this thread and go to Boots every week/couple of weeks to check your progress. Hopefully we'll all support each other.
