I'm going to a wedding in 8 days time and while I meant to be good it somehow passed me by and I'm now worrying about looking fat and horrible.

What can I do in the next 8 days to make me feel better? I've stuck myself back on the cambridge diet (very low carbs & calories)so should be able to shift half a stone but I also need to try and tone as much as possible.

Any ideas of the best way to do this?

Make sure you get enough water to drink, avoid added salt, don't drink diet drinks.

Sit ups 50 of the buggers morning and night and attempt a few press ups, groups of ten squats and lunges whenever you get a moment. Don't start running if you've never done it before but speed up walking instead.

No simple carbs.

Cambridge diet plays havoc with your metabolism, try and incorporate one low carb meal into your day.

Do the Attack phase of the Dukan diet. No carbs, low fat protein (chicken, fish, lean beef etc), no fat dairy, oatbran and lots to drink....it ain't nice but it's effective.

Agree - dukan attack and I also agree. It ain't nice but it works!
