I have just bought the Harcombe Diet book and plan to start next week. However there is one aspect of phase 1 that I just can't face and that's not getting a coffee in the morning. I usually have an enormous milky strong coffee. I have decided I can go for a smaller one with less milk but really really don' want to cut it out altogeher. I can't see how this could ruin everything. Any thoughts? Has anyone done the Harcombe Diet/ got any views on it?
