40th birthday and school reunion coming up

So I want to lose 2 stone before April.

That's 5 months, plenty time.

Weigh in tomorrow morning.

Weighted in this morning at 12st 5lbs.

It's about 7 weeks to Christmas, so if I manage 2lbs per week I will lose the first stone by then.
