Aaaw Trimmer, it is a hard time of year so dont beat yourself up. Just try and limit the damage - I could easily put 7lb on Christmas week, so if I manage to sts or just +1 or 2 I will be happy!
I was given a piece of chocolate fudge today homemade, instead of Christmas card. Was yummy, but glad the box wasnt near! Got Christmas dinner tomorrow - was going to skip it, but been told they want a team lunch so we're all going together. Hoping to stick to meat and veg on my lo carb, and then just have my soup for tea. Went shopping for Friday evening too, and got chicken and veg in various forms (staying at a friends). Nan over for dinner Sunday - and guess what we're having?! Yup, chicken and veg again! (thank god there are various different chicken styles and veg!!) And got the girls coming round next Friday too - we're doing masterchef style dishes (e.g. 6 mini portions) so one each. I've picked honey & mustard chicken with parsnips - I can chuck it in the slow cooker, and host then. Not great carb wise, but better than anything potato or pasta based. Not sure about the other courses though - 5 other ones the girls are making, including 2 desserts! Going to have to keep jumping up to tidy or something!!
My weigh ins this week are Saturday, and then next Thursday (22nd) then probably Sat 31st, just got to confrim the last one with my lady.
Am looking forward to Christmas. Am actually a good stone under what I was this time last year (had piled some of the weight back on again) so thats cheerful at least. Hoping to be 11st for Christmas, so 1st off target, but it is slowing down now.
