I have been trying(?) to lose a stone for the last 2 months and failing miserably at the first hurdle! I have really struggled to stick to anything. But now I have decided that I really have got to do something before it gets to Christmas and all the excesses that it brings. I have started reasonably well today and just hope I can stick with it. I am not following a particular plan but am just trying to eat healthily - lots of fruit & veg and not too many carbs. Any support gladly received and if anyone wants to be a diet buddy I would be pleased to have the company!
