feeling very dissapointed....fat now fat/skin..help

im feeling very dissapointed,5 yrs ago i went from a size 20 clothes to a size 14 and had loads of loose skin even tho i took a whole year to loose it...now in back up to size 18 my choices now are keep the fat/less skin or go back to skin, i do exercising every day on a strider for 1 hr its toning me up but i really dont want the skin back!!! im 50 yrs old,had 6 kids,5ft 3 tall. has any1 got any ways to solve my problem?

Probably harder to lose skin at age 50 but to lose the skin need to get down to a size 6 or 8 not a 14 - there is fat under the skin which is why the extra weight loss can help.

Need to lose the weight very slowly not more than 1 pound a week - but as you say still might not help.

But as you say it might just be a straightforward choice - stay fat or have loose skin.
