A few few people I know have undertaken this in the last couple of months (where you see a hypnotherapist, not where you do it yourself at home with a download or a CD) and have had amazing results.
So amazing, I'm thinking of going along to try it myself. But before I part with several hundered pounds I figure I need a more balanced view of whether it works for all or not!
I've researched on the internet but all I can find is positive feedback and success stories. But surely it can't be that easy or there would be no need for actual gastric band ops cos we could all do it ourselves with our minds 
So...has anyone done it and it hasn't worked for you? Or know anyone it hasn't worked for? Am happy to listen to some more success stories too if that's all there is out there...
