I lost loads of weight this summer, went from an 18 to a 12. The triusers I bought at the end I am wearing and still feel loose, but I'm starting to feel as if I am gaining. (I have no scales at home to check). Is my brain playing mind games with me, or could the jeans have stretched?

How do your other clothes feel? If you were gaining then you would probably feel it in all of your clothes, not just your trousers.

Can you get to a Boots or somewhere else with a set of scales and check your weight there, just to put your mind at rest?

my brain doesnt play mind games sadly - when I think Im gaining, I usually am. And I feel bloated at the moment, but havent weighed myself for around a month, and have had a stressful month of stuffing myself.

It is far more likely that you have changed size than that the jeans have!

Well, the jeans say I am still the same! So maybe I am?

Dh says I am.

might leave weighing myself until after Christmas - do the damage rectification in one go!!
