What can you do about a double chin/ fat face?

Anybody do any exercises to get rid of this? I've always had a chubby face regardless of whether I'm fat or thin!

Thanks

Marking place. I have NO definition to my chin. I'm like Ian Hislop with long hair :o

. I've tried it a couple of times and my jaw feels tired, wonder if it would work as the person on there says it will (after 3 weeks, 2 or 3 times a day I think). Anybody tried something like this before?

Lose enough weight it will come off face too, eventually...

You can't spot reduce.

Not sure about that forever- A friend of mine had a double chin even when she was severely anorexic.

Well you can't spot reduce fat. Some people might have excess skin such that when they do lose weight they still have a double chin. Probably not much you can do about that either. I have lost almost 4 stone and body fat down to 18%. My face looks totally different.

For me the stubborn bit is thighs and I have had to get body fat down to under 20% and BMI down to around 20.5 to stop thighs chaffing, despite doing endless squats and lunges, running etc.
