Orlistat

I am hopefully going to join Slimming World to help me loose weight. I have also though got some Orlistat from the doctour. Has anyone used them? Are they any good?

Orlistat only works if you are REALLY strict on your fat intake, and if you eat the wrong things the side effects can be awful (wind, loose stools, diarrhoea -so loose you basically poo yourself). I would give sw a try first and only use orlistat as a last resort!

I remember a lady at my SW group a couple of years ago who lost 11 pounds in her first week. i did wonder at the time if she was taking something else.
