DO vibration plates work?

You know the sort of thing I mean - they forcefully jiggle your bits and claim to tone your muscles in just ten minutes a day.

Anyone tried them? Do they work?

I had the genuine official 'powerplate' after having my ds2 and yes i'd say it def helped, although you could also say i was going to loose weight anyway with bfeeding?

I sold it to help pay towards my wedding, but now could do with it back lol!

I now use one at the gym (when i manage to get there!)
