Slimming world - Urgent I am hungry and want pasta and sauce

I thought pasta and sauce was free food on green? i have an old book that is unclear?

Please help i wanted it for lunch and i am so hungry but want to use my sins tomorrow.

when i went to s.w pasta in sauce where free if bachelors(i think thats who make them) and you only use water no milk or butter..i know its changes since i went but i doubt they will be very high and it should fill you up too!
